Shipping Policy

Every piece from Pierre Britt is printed and finished on demand, specifically for you. For that reason, your total delivery time is divided into two stages: production + shipping.

1. Production Time

Once your payment is confirmed, your artwork enters production within 24–48 hours. Typical production time (printing, stretching onto canvas, framing where applicable, and quality inspection) is 3 to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Time

Once produced, your artwork is carefully packaged and handed off to our shipping partner. Estimated transit times (not counting production):

  • United States: 3 to 8 business days
  • Canada: 5 to 12 business days
  • Europe, UK, Australia: 7 to 15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to region, holiday season, customs clearance, or factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, product weight, and dimensions. The final amount is shown before you confirm payment.

4. Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your artwork all the way to your door.

5. Customs, Duties, and International Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. Delivery issues within 30 days of shipment can be investigated — reach out to us.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located after 7 days, email us and we will help investigate.
